Your submitted booking information is shared with our in-house team members. For your safety whilst afloat we request you share your google location for the duration of your trip. In an emergency we will share you location and contact details with the emergency services.
How long we retain your data
We store your booking data, handover safety briefing and any accident or incident information so as if a future claim or situation arises we can fulfill our legal obligation.
What rights you have over your data
You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
